Our ESOP journey began in 2015, when our legacy operating company Parman Energy Corporation was sold to the employees. In the years following, Parman Energy continued to grow organically and through acquisitions which provided the opportunity for the creation of Parman Holdings Corporation. In 2019, Parman diversified the business platform and expanded our ability to ensure the sustainability of wealth creation for our owners, the employees.
